What are the different types of rooms ?

Lotus, Lavender and Lily types.

How much is the room ?

The price is starting from Rp. 1.900.000,-

Who can stay in La Rosa Kost ?

Single Man and Woman

Is there any limit access ?

For tenants 24 hour access.  For visitor 8:00-21:00

How many people can stay in a room? Is there any additional cost for two people?

Lotus Room can be occupied by 2 people There will be an additional charge of Rp. 300.000,-

Is this house located in a flood free area ?

Yes.

Is this place safe ?

This place is safe enough , there is a guard.

Is there any deposit? 

Yes, the same amount of the room price

Are there any benefits for tenants?

If you pay regularly for 3 month before the 5th date each month, you have Rp.50.000,- discount on the 4th month.

Do I need pay in advance ?

Yes. You can pay by e-banking or bank transfer of Rp. 500.000

Can I view the room before booking?

Yes. Please contact us for an appointment.

What facilities are available in here ?

Is there any extra cost I need to be aware of?

Yes. A small amount for electricity token and parking space if you have car.

There are several ATMs and Banks within 5-10 minutes walking

Are there any restaurants or cafes nearby?

There are Chinese and Indonesian restaurants and several cafes within 5-15 walking.

Yes. There are several hair dresser can be reached within 3-5 minutes walking

Is there medical service available?

There are some family doctors and dentists which are about 5-10 minutes on foot.There are two hospitals which are about 5-15 minutes by taxi.

What are the different types of rooms?

Single Rooms and Twin Rooms

How do I book a room here?

Via website or email larosakostandguesthouse@gmail.com or calling directly to this number 021-5667044 or via whatsapp to this number +62821-1640-5870. We will get back to you for confirmation.

Can I view the room before booking?

Yes. Please contact us from an appointment.

Which documents should I provide?

National ID or Driver’s License or Passport.

Do I need to pay in advance?

Yes. You can pay by e-banking or bank transfer in order to get the room (within 24 hours).

What happens when I cancel?

Sorry, no refund.

Is there any Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is. Password is available at the front desk.

Should I bring towels and toiletries?

We provide towels and toiletries.

Will I receive cleaning and laundry services?

• Your room is cleaned everyday or upon request. Your towels are changed every 3 days for environmental friendly reasons. â€¢Laundry service is available at a recommended place.

Do you offer any drinks or meals?

We offer free coffee and tea. They are available in the kitchen.

Do you provide safety box?

No, please keep your valuable things with you

Is there any parking lot?

Yes. There is a free parking for guests. One car park for each room.

Is there a bus stop or train station nearby?

•Yes. There are 2 bus stops:  Tomang Raya within 10-15 minutes walking  & Telkom within 15-20 minutes walking.
•There are 2 stations: Gambir is 5.7 km and it takes 15-30 minutes by car, and Senen is 6.5 km and it takes 20-40 minutes by car.
•The closest is MRT station is Bundaran HI which is 5.5 km, 15-30 minutes by car.
